Great follow through with customer service. HH helped me avail of my promo discount as a first time online buyer since my registration didn’t go through the first time. I was helped after my inquiry about it such that I still got my discount credited even after the coat was delivered.
Shipping delays, colour being off, unsure as I usually buy Musto, this was my second Helly Hansen order and I think I may stick to Musto
