Does exactly what you want it to do. Only downside is that it has Slightly reddened my eyelids. While they look red, they are not irritated or uncomfortable.

I have received a few deliveries of Latisse and the results have been great. I had damaged my eyelashes having extensions professionally done. Although they looked nice, the damage to my eyelashes was horrible. I had used Latisse over 5 years ago and loved that it worked. I came across a Rory Ad on Facebook and decided to try it. I contacted Rory through email about a month after use. I was wondering why I had only seen small results. They responded less then 48 hours and explained how long it would take to see results. I am on my third bottle and the results are amazing! I have naturally curly eyelashes and they look absolutely beautiful. I am still using Latisse since I would like them a little longer in different parts. I did hold my shipment one month when the Covid-19 lockdown began. It was so easy to do online. I also receive a email advising my shipment will be delivered soon, this way letting me decide if I want to skip a month. The price is also a value. I would pay over double the amount for my eyelash extensions monthly and had to go back to fill them. Great product. Patience is needed.

I have had absolutely no problems having my Latisse prescription filled at Rory. They are professional, on time and keep me informed about my deliveries.

Slightly frustrated. I was supposed to have 20$ automatically applied to my order. There was a promotion I believe for Mother’s Day. It was not. Although after reaching out to a rep inquiring about it i was given the credit on my NEXT order, I am not happy. I wanted it on THIS order. I was not offered any choice. I immediately reached out as soon as i saw my invoice when I saw I was charged full price for my latisse. There is no guarantee i will be ordering this again. Moreover I do not take other meds so there is a chance i won’t get to use this credit. And quite frankly, I am apprehensive this credit will auto apply to my next order as it did not apply in the first place. I would have much rather seen my card refunded the amount rather than been issued a credit. I’m disappointed.

I have been pleased with the service at Rory. The doctors review your information quickly and timely. I have received two prescriptions. It's easy to delay a shipment and update payment information as needed.
