The shipping was fine. I have not tried to deal with the service. I purchased what was described as a jumper & the photo showed two pieces, and there was no separate prompt to order the bottom, only the top showed up . So I went searching on the website and I really had to search to find the bottom. It was out of stock, but I’m going to keep the sweater and try to pair it with something else, hoping that the skirt comes back in stock soon because it looks so cute together
