Lido is my favorite electrolyte! I’ve tried a lot of different brands and they have varying levels of sweetness/saltiness. I think these are perfect for the average person that leads an active lifestyle and wants that extra hydration past plain water without a lot of sugar and feeling like you’re drinking salt. Lido is the sweet spot! I’ve tried tropical punch and lemonade and both are so good.

These are hands down the best electrolytes I’ve ever had. So glad I gave them a try! I was skeptical to try yet another brand of electrolytes as I’ve previously “settled” on an ok brand that I could tolerate. But these are not just ok, they’re fantastic!! I now look forward to my electrolytes every day. I love that you can mix it with more than 16 oz of water too and the flavor is not too diluted. It makes them go further and I absolutely love that!

I was already a subscriber & fan of the ADAY electrolytes, but LIDO has somehow made them even more delicious! Each flavor is perfect - super flavorful, not too salty, and just delicious. It's hard to pick a favorite but I keep reaching for the tropical punch! I can't recommend these enough.

The owners are very transparent with the production of their electrolytes - when shipping was delayed due to the hurricanes, they updated customers on shipping timelines and got them out as soon as poosible.

I have been using a different brand of hydrating electrolytes. It works well, but even the sugar-free formula is too sweet. Lido Lemonade is so much better! I love the taste. It is much more gentle and refreshing.
