Excellent and attentive customer service

Funny story: I just bought the bounce vibe not even a week ago. I was super blown away by the high quality product! Then, my dog ate it. Not entirely, but chewed it quite a bit. She thought it was a different kind of toy. I sent an email about my situation inquiring on if I could get a replacement, and customer service was so sweet and understanding. Love this company. Hello Cake now has a life long customer. Will be buying more.
