These are incredibly high quality shoes! The shoes arrived four days ahead of schedule and are very flexible and stretchy. They fit perfectly and are adorable! A handwritten note was also included in the package, a display of care that put a smile on my face. The website itself is also beautifully organized and easy to navigate! Truly a 10/10 experience.

I purchased two slippers: one was wood and one tatami. I bought two because I wasn't sure of the fit. The wood ones were a little small for me, but fit my daughter. I've been a long time customer of Heiwa Slipper, and my latest purchase confirms the high quality of their product. With a little use the slippers form naturally to the shape of your feet, becoming almost unnoticeable while wearing. The felt soles provide good grip on carpets while the heel inlay helps stop you from sliding on parquet floors. Materials are beautiful as ever, particularly the tatami insoles that are extraordinary comfortable.

The house slippers look and feel great! They're not your typical "western" style house slippers where they're fuzzy and soft inside and out. These Japanese style slippers feel sturdy and built to last! One thing to note for people with wide feet! I wear a men's US 8.5 with 3E/4E width. I purchased a pair of XL, because the recommendations were to say go one size larger if you need the width. I've found that the overall size is a tad big large. So if there is anyone with similar feet sizes as me, I'd recommend the size L!
