I never thought I'd find licorice caramels like the ones my grandmother gave me long ago. They're great! I ordered three tubs of them. The salted caramels are also fantastic. Prompt shipping.

I used to order these delicious caramels and share and tell about them, as they were the best! But, in the last 6 months or so, the recipe must have changed! I hope someone from the company can address this and let me know if this is permanent. They seem to have gotten grainier, these caramels that have different packaging,

Not as rapid as I am used to for fulfilling an order; however, packaging is one of the best on the internet, and shipping was extremely fast once the order was fulfilled. Needless to say, the product was extraordinary.

Ordered numerous flavors of caramels and used the quick delivery feature , for which I paid extra, and got them much later than the normal Delivery date. Contacted customer service. Received a return email stating “I am looking into this and will get back to you “ Candy has been here days now , and still no contact from the customer service person. That’s TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE…. PERIOD! As a first time customer I can tell you I WILL NOT share your info with others!

I just wish I could get the box I see in the gas station I go to, those big square pieces of fudge are the size I really want, but your customer service never got back to me, I don't want to keep ordering the small pieces, that come in the triangle upright box. I'm trying to get the big pieces of the fudge in the flip open box that took sell to Retailers. and then only the Chocolate flavor, can I get that? thanks so much!

I've bought these in small packages and really love them and had to have more so I ordered two large packages online. They are the most delicious caramels I've ever eaten:)
