I have been using the CBD gummies for sleep for several years. If I run out I definitely notice a difference in the quantity and quality of sleep I get. I have also been using the root butter (for many years as well) for arthritis in my hands and it really frees up the stiffness, especially at night. I highly recommend both of these products. I have been giving my 58 pound Golden Retriever mix Healthy Roots Paws for years now and it has kept him young! He is now 15 years and 4 months and still going strong and I know this is a big part of the reason!

I love the Healthy Roots products. As a construction worker, injury and pain is pretty common. I am not able to take Ibuprofen and acetaminophen doesn't work for me. Since I have started taking the CBD everything has become more tolerable.
