There was a problem with the shipping but they were very fast sorting it out. Products are always good and packed well.

I love the fact that Healthy Pet Co is a Victorian small business, I was kept up to date with my parcel status, they have a wide selection shipping was straight forward and fast fair pricing it would be fair to give them a 10 but I ended up having to collect it as the courier claimed it was undeliverable. . . ??? I was at HOME the whole day soo I’m unsure what they mean by that . . . it’s the whole reason I opted for home delivery as I’m unable to get to store very easily.
