Shampoo not what it used to be
I have been a Healthy Hair customer since 2010. I buy the faster growing hair kit which is shampoo, conditioner and vitamins and have found this to be a wonderful product. However, 2 of my last 3 orders were not up to the quality of the past years. One shampoo order was so thick that it was gel like and was replaced, after I complained and got a little satisfaction, with a shampoo that was so runny that it was more like water. Recently I placed another order and the shampoo was again watery and my conditioner was on back order for weeks, but they didn't notify me of this until I inquired as to where my order was. In spite of the issues that I have had, I still think this could be one of the best vitamin shampoos on the market but there appears to be a quality control and communication problem at the factory.
