Good prices...great sales...fast service

Sadly things seem to have changed at your company. The product I ordered has never arrived. I was told my product had shipped but when I inquired where it might be, I was told that actually it never shipped because it was out of stock. Your website does not allow an order to include an out of stock item, so something happened after I ordered. Now you randomly send me emails that are just copies of my inquiry. Very sad and strange indeed. I have ordered from you for many years but that may be coming to an end.

Took my money for a very expensive product. Did not ship it. After 7 days never once communicated to me if was out of stock and DIDN'T KNOW when I would be getting it. When i told them it was listed in stock when purchased on the website they tried to claim it was listed as backordered. Then they tried to say they will TRY to get my money back if I didn't want to wait for what ever magic day it might be back in stock. Filling a complaint with BBB and others for fraud. Simple case law describes selling a product you don'y have is criminal fraud.
