This is a game changer for me. I am 69 years old and work out regularly, doing Yoga, Spinning and Walking on Treadmill. I have taken this product for one week now, and already feel the difference in my every-day moves, but particularly when working out. I also like the taste. If I don’t mix it into yogurt or a smoothie, I enjoy it as a tasty snack. Great product!
