Great, consistent delivery and easy to navigate online store. Customer service was responsive and quick on one order that didn’t make it in the delivered packaged. With a growing puppy, I am still trying to get the delivery schedule right to her needs (& appetite!), but I think I have it down now. She loves the kibble but the beef topper really helps her to enjoy it. And provides some variety for her tastebuds.

Having the prepared food at a reasonable pricing. Chance is just so finicky. Sometimes it disappears, other times he just picks at it. I'm just flustered trying to get hom to eat some days.

Great formulas! I trust Health Extension, they have never had a recall. I’ve been using this formula for over 12 years for my Newfies and Chow Chows. Always super palatable and never upset any of my babies tummies. The one thing I would ask for improvement is that if a week or so before my Auto-Ship, if I could get a Reminder Email that it was coming up so if I didn’t need it yet I can push the date back a couple of days, and most of all, so I know was going to be charged — so I can plan for it on my debit card bank account. Thank you for a great product!!
