I love this product. It's amazing. However the shipping option is TERRIBLE. Takes almost 2 full weeks to get to me, meaning my order is in the heat for that long. If you can do faster shipping options, I'll review with 5 stars.

I put in a order for Kombucha last week received and email saying delivered and nothing was at my door. Now I'm suppose to wait a week before it's considered lost or stolen that's some bull.

Such a fun mix of flavors! I keep changing my mind on which my favorite flavor is, but it might be Dr. Bubbles. I was so impressed with the quality and flavor of each soda. I prefer SunSip over other trending brands I've tried at the store. These don't have an artificial sweetener after taste like others do. I love the assortment this pack comes in. I’ve been a subscriber for a while and have accumulated a large number of reward points. However, I found it impossible to actually use those points. For over a week I tried to access them, even going so far as to write customer service. The response I received merely told me to do what I’d already been doing. Finally I called and the phone rep was able to resolve the issue through her system access. But that still doesn’t resolve the issue of not being able access points automatically. I don’t know about anyone else, but I feel a little cheated. And generally don’t spend money with those who cheat me. I love the product, please resolve this issue.
