I use this nightly to get good rest. I think the little bit of THC is very helpful for me. I do not feel like I do well with too much THC, but this seems to be the right amount for peaceful sleep.

I’ve had a really positive experience with Healing Essences overall. I tried several of their CBD tinctures and noticed a calming effect almost immediately. The taste is pleasant, the products feel thoughtfully made, and they gave me a real sense of relaxation and relief. I did experience a mild breakout, but I believe that was due to my own sensitivity to the sesame seed oil used as the carrier oil rather than the CBD itself. I also realized I have a hormonal sensitivity to ashwagandha after trying one of their formulas; but that’s completely on me, as I overlooked it on the ingredient label. If anything, it confirmed that my body simply doesn’t tolerate ashwagandha well. What really stood out to me was the quality of their customer service. Caroline personally called me to discuss my experience, answered my questions, and genuinely took the time to help me figure out what might have been causing my reactions. She was knowledgeable, kind, responsive, and never made me feel dismissed. Even though I discovered a couple of personal ingredient sensitivities, I still believe Healing Essences produces high-quality products. The CBD itself worked very well for me, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company to others. It’s refreshing to find a business that not only makes quality products but also truly cares about its customers.

I quite enjoyed it. It feels "cleaner" or "more pure" than other CBDs I have tried and I was able to sleep peacefully afterwards. I will try the other versions as well.
