Everything was great about your products except I had a reaction ( contact dermatitis) to the scar tape. Will continue to use the gel for now. I will say I have excessively dry skin, eczema and Undifferentiated Connective Tissue Disease making wound healing more troublesome than most.

I ordered two months before my surgery. They didn’t arrive until after my surgery and separate packages. There should’ve been seven items only six arrived. I would never recommend this company. As a registered nurse of 42 years I was looking forward to using this product, but I am over it now. Customer Service has been less than desirable in their extremely flippant. I would never recommend this to another patient.

Never received my package

It is working just as it claims. I'm still on my 1st bottle. I started it on 7/20/26 with applications of 2-3×s a day. My face injury was on 6/28. After 2 wks of antibiotics & OTC silicone gel & switching to Healfast, my scar & the area around it ( half dollar size) is healing & getting lighter. I know it's a process but I am hopeful. My Healfast silicone scar tape is easy to use and effectively fading the scar from my knee replacement surgery.

Product seems to be working.

From the start, the silicone patches wrinkle and adhere less than the last brand I used for the previous 2 weeks. I am comparing only these 2. I actually use the previous ones, that still have sticky properties, as support for these. They clean well, though.

Customer service answered my email within 48 hours and also followed up. The products were delivered in 3 business days. The HealFast product is working better for my situation than another leading product. I can cut the product to fit and it stays on better.

I've been using the product for about 2 weeks and can already see a significant improvement in my surgical scars. The pump action of the bottle makes it easy to dispense so limits waste, and it's very easy to apply -- completely non-greasy, so doesn't stain clothing. Within a couple of minutes, it dries. My scars are large so require significant application -- a previously used product in the same amount didn't last a week, but I'm still using the first bottle of HealFast. In addition, buying directly from the company afforded me a great discount and lower price for ordering multiple bottles. Shipping was free and fast. Highly recommended!
