I am pleased with the medical grade 100% scar gel purchased a few weeks ago. I will most likely be buying another bottle next month!

In the last two years I have had three surgeries. I was told both my hip replacement recovery “was not normal” in a good way. I recently had gallbladder surgery and recovery was really good. Could I say recovery would have been the same without heal fast ? I don’t know. But really glad I don’t know

the scar strips arent very sticky and too shiney. I would prefer a flat dull appearance vs shiney.

So…. My functional medicine MD recommended your supplements and took them pre and post surgery. But I was extremely disappointed to see that the powdered version of your tissue healing supplement which I also purchased has SUCRALOSE in it. I had taken it a few times before looking closer. Also, I andded it to my son’s smoothie a couple times. And then I checked ingredients and saw SUCRALOSE. And that’s a toxic sweetener. I’d request my money back for it, but I figure I didn’t look closely enough and analyze this before I bought it. I have to study every ingredient list and can’t trust any company these days.

It's hard to judge how efficacious this is, but I can say that I am up and about quickly after major back surgery. Taking 10 capsules a day is a lot, but I would purchase Heal Fast again if I required surgery again.

Small dispenser makes it easy to deliver a small amount to a finger tip for massaging into the healed wound site (3-minutes, 3 times per day). Best product choice for irregular facial contours.

Everything was great about your products except I had a reaction ( contact dermatitis) to the scar tape. Will continue to use the gel for now. I will say I have excessively dry skin, eczema and Undifferentiated Connective Tissue Disease making wound healing more troublesome than most.

I ordered two months before my surgery. They didn’t arrive until after my surgery and separate packages. There should’ve been seven items only six arrived. I would never recommend this company. As a registered nurse of 42 years I was looking forward to using this product, but I am over it now. Customer Service has been less than desirable in their extremely flippant. I would never recommend this to another patient.

Never received my package

It is working just as it claims. I'm still on my 1st bottle. I started it on 7/20/26 with applications of 2-3×s a day. My face injury was on 6/28. After 2 wks of antibiotics & OTC silicone gel & switching to Healfast, my scar & the area around it ( half dollar size) is healing & getting lighter. I know it's a process but I am hopeful.
