I like it because it has nothing extra - no magnesium stearate, no maltodextrin, no silicon dioxide, no sorbitol, no stearic acid, no rice flour, no silica, and no calcium carbonate like in other brands. Clean ingredients! Been taking it religiously for a sudden histamine attack and was able to stop hives.

Our favorite for long swims (2hours+). Great for long rows and bike rides as well.
