Quick service, just a disappointing product.

The hat in the picture is not like the hat that was purchased. The quality is severely lacking, missed stitches, extra material, etc. Couple that with a poor ability to return the product without incurring significant cost, I won't be ordering from headsweats again.

In the past you could make a request on grab bags, understanding it may be ignored. Didn’t see that option. Still I know it was a gamble and that’s fine but sending me duplicates I feel was a bad move. No one wants two of the same hat, especially at random when they are already risking not liking the hat. I buy 2-3 to increase my odds of getting one I like not get duplicates. And in the past this had worked great.

Don't send me grab bag hats that are what you sent last time

Love these hats. These are great to keep the sweat out of your eyes while running or other activities, and keeping my thick mane of curly hair cool while I run.

Goof shade from brim of cap. Side covers were cool. White color kept it all Cool. Fit was good and very comfortable
