I originally bought my first head sweats sun visor at an expo. I recently bought two more from the website. I am a mail carrier, runner, triathlete. I use one at work and one for play. Love them

The hat is warm but after wearing it three times, the Pom fell off. For the money spent on the hat I would have thought it would have lasted longer than a few wears.

I ordered three different grab bags earlier in the month. For whatever reason, it shows it shipped to my address but turned around without being delivered and went back to their Miami shipping center. Customer service did not try to reship or take care of the issue. They just said I could try and order again and they would give me a discount. Really underwhelmed with the service.
