The GTR Ultra 3’s are fantastic, but you really need to NOT advertise USPS priority as 2-3 day shipping. It took 13 days from the time I received my tracking number to receive it. I paid $16 for nothing, and that is quite frustrating. I see the disclaimer that was put in a separate section under your shipping policies about it taking 2-3 times longer, and how you won’t refund due to their poor service, but - it’s also poor service on your part to advertise it as 2-3 days when a customer is checking out, yet tuck the disclaimer away in a separate section altogether.

The customer service rep gave me two options for my upgraded headlight bulbs and I chose the GTR Ultra 3 H11 bulbs . This is my second purchase from Headlight Revolution and it will not be my last .

I upgraded my tired PIAA incandescent bulbs with these LED and no problems on my 2006 Mercedes C230.

The process was a little frustrating. But after talking to the dealer and finding out what I needed it was fantastic. Went to the website, picked what I needed and ordered. Was really that simple. Every website will tell you their bulbs are the best, but HR takes the time to show me which bulbs are best for my application, and why. Time and time again, I will return to HR for bulbs for any of my vehicles.
