Unresponsive customer service regarding simple return My experience with HB Sports Inc. has been frustrating due to poor post-purchase support. I ordered a glove that turned out to be too narrow for my hand. The item was only tried on once, immediately placed back in the box with all original tags attached, and kept in 100% brand-new condition. I reached out right away for a return. Support sent an initial reply asking to confirm that tags were intact and the product was unused. I confirmed immediately, but three days have passed without any reply, return authorization, or next steps. Prompt communication is essential when dealing with standard returns, and the lack of follow-through here has been very disappointing.

Excellent customer service with price match and setting up payment to my sons hotel in such a short time to get the bat to him. Really happy with the Mav1 bat. Nicely balanced.

I never swung a Louisville until now. It felt great. Very responsive. I like it for my first time using

This a great bat

Breathable gloves

Really impressed with the 2026 Louisville Slugger Genesis Scott Hartling 13" 2PC Endload so far. I normally swing a 25 oz and I'm primarily a line-drive, gap-to-gap hitter who likes going middle and opposite field. This bat fits my swing really well. I put about 50 swings on it in the cage before taking it into a tournament, where I had around 20 at-bats. The bat was hot right out of the wrapper, but what impressed me most was that I could actually feel it getting better as the weekend went on. My hardest-hit ball came toward the end of the tournament—a shot to right-center around 320 feet—and I'm a right-handed hitter, so I was very happy with the carry going the opposite way. The 13" barrel feels forgiving, the 2-piece construction feels great through contact, and the end load gives me some extra power without making the bat feel difficult to control. Coming from bats like the Monsta Torch and an older Louisville Super Z1000, this Genesis feels very comfortable in my hands. I'm only around 70 swings into it, so I'm excited to see how much more it opens up. If you're looking for a USSSA bat that's hot out of the wrapper but still seems to get better with more swings, I'd definitely recommend this one.

Great customer service and fast shipping! Thank you!!

This bag is big and roomy…a little bigger than other rolling bags but not as big as a catcher’s wheeled bag. As usual, HB sports Wes fantastic and the bag arrived two days after ordering.

Excellent seller. Highly recommend

Bat is great, pretty hot out of the wrapper

Im unable to offer a review. My order was lost in the mail. The tracking number is useless.

Amazing service and blazing ship time
