I received wrong item, head clips that I ordered were not sent. I did not have time to call or return and started using the wrong item and reordered what i wanted to begin with, waiting for the shipment and hoping to receive the right items this time.

I love how soft the claw clip is. Nice to the head, hold the hair nice and doesn’t hurt or scratch my head.

Great product. I like to wear my hair up most of the time. However my hair is very thin and keeping clips of any kind to stay in is near impossible. I’d have to use a ton of Bobby pins to keep it in. When all I really wanted was to use 1 clip; quick, hassle free and go. I also get terrible headaches if I keep clips or ties in for too long. And they end up hurting my head as well. These clips do exactly what I need them to do hassle free, pain free and headache free. I can wear them all day, it will stay in place and it is not too tight. I can even sleep in them. All without getting a headache. Try them you will not be disappointed.

Headband was missing 3 gems. I found two at the bottom of the bag and re-glued them on. The headband is for a nine year old so I hope other gems are securely fastened on band
