Thank you for the swift shipment. I will say that this felt like an open box (used) purchase, as the case and one earpad had slight blemishes and the model number card for the headphones made 1. 5 years ago was corner worn. The headphones are slightly too large using the hybrid pads where I cannot gain a seal above my ears even on the tightest setting, but I will reach out to Meze on a solution. I do appreciate the $100 gift card.

Impressive sound and sturdy build quality

The product itself is flawless. Where I had some issues was around order fulfillment timelines. Despite having initial great communication from the team, it required me to follow up on my order after the stated fulfillment time from the website slipped from 2-3 days to 9+ days. I would have liked more up front communication about long lead times. Otherwise when the order was finally shipped it arrived quickly and it was packaged very thoughtfully.

As always, HeadAmp delivered -- and delivered on top of that. I truly couldn't be more excited to receive a package from anyone. The effort and kindness that your shippers put into packing everything up -- it's incredible. And it keeps bringing me back.
