Shipping is always fast

Sizing is incorrect on the website for all the items i purchased. Requested an exchange and spoke to customer service, they assured me the other sizes were correct, and after waiting 2 months for a restock, the new item i was sent also does not fit and the sizing is way off.

I was Outfitted for my wedding this august. Giovanni is such a sweet and personal guy! He even re finished a hat for me while we shopped !

Had a fabulous afternoon playing cowgirl dress up & walked away with a few new duds. The two proprietors were absolutely delightful, they were so lovely to chat with as they helped me pick out an outfit to go with a bow tie I had at home (and then some)! They even reshaped a hat for me and gave me extra ribbons for it. What a treat!

Great customer service and incredible showroom. Staff was very helpful to me in wardrobing a band for an event. The band was thrilled with the selects.

They helped me with the return and communicated quickly. Love the quality!

Absolutely gorgeous jacket and it’s very well made. But the none of the arrow detailing being actual pickets, and the description feels slightly misleading in that sense. If it had pockets it would be a 10/10 no doubt.
