I bought the lightweight beanie so I could sleep it in, or just not have too hot of a head if I wore it all the time. Pro's: Definitely thin, soft, lightweight and fairly comfortable. I'm guessing a lot of people could sleep in it. I still had trouble as I just don't like anything on my head that much. Cons: Disappointed in the limited options for headwear, as well as the colors available. I would like to see a cute hat or something. I don't like wearing beanies and squishing down my hair all day long and I have never worn a baseball cap. Also, the only colors they had were light blue and grey, neither of which I wanted but I got the grey one, coz that's all they had. Would really love to see red or emerald green -- you know, some actual pretty colors for us gals. Lastly, I was disappointed because I went through a link that offered a Black Friday price but I didn't get the discount, which I think was substantial. I ordered then instead of asking for one for Xmas just so I could get that discount, so that was a bummer. I've worn the hat a few days and can't really tell any difference. I hate wearing a beanie but I'll continue for a while to see if I notice any improvement in cognitive clarity, fatigue, or mood. I also have a nice EMF blanket I cover my torso with all day while I work on laptop, so I really just needed something for my head. This'll do, but I wouldn't buy another just coz I hate the beanies. I'd rather get another little EMF blankie and wrap my head turban-style than wear a beanie, which I look terrible in, every day.
