I ordered a ring that needed prong repairs. Costumer service was very helpful. I sent it back to get fixed. When I received my ring back, the prongs were definitely better but they still snag on everything. Wish the prongs would have been totally fixed when I sent it back the first time. Debating just returning it all together or asking for them to fix it again…. . it’s been in transit longer than I’ve actually been able to wear it at this point.
