Shipments are timely and nicely packaged. Return process for a size exchange was easy. I was appreciative to receive a credit for the difference between the price of my original purchase and the higher price of the item that I purchased to replace the original items due to sizing error. I shop Hatley for all of my grandchildren! They love the clothing as much as I do!
