I am writing to you to express the disappointment in the way the packaging has been delivered to me. The green Harry Austin box has a dirty big postage stamp on one side and is damaged, scuffed and dented on the corners. I understand the bag is the piece that I purchased but the box/packaging makes the gift extra special and such a lovely thing to unwrap. Given this is a gift for my mother I’m really disappointed I can not give it to her in the box as part of the gift experience. The box is also a great thing to keep you bag when it is not being used.

Ordering was a simple process, followed by updated email correspondence. Delivery took 3 weeks. I am very happy with my purchase & would highly recommend this bag. Sandra
