My orders arrived on time and in very good condition.

For years I've ordered from Harry and David. Such outstanding fruits, treats and various gifts. Will continue to order especially for myself! But recently I was a bit disappointed when one item from my huge order to the family never came. I had to ask the company what happened weeks later. I, the customer, should have been notified of the missing item by the company. Though this rarely happens, I was still disappointed. A five star is definitely still deserving of this awesome company!

With these items, very good. All were received in great condition and high quality. I am having an issue with a package that was ordered on 1 Dec that has yet to be delivered and have no way of tracking it until FedEx gets it.
