I have sent several inquiries by email regarding a special engraving order I placed and paid for that I needed for my Valentine Trunk Show last weekend … with no response to my multiple emails. This is unfortunately not the first time my orders, of which there are many, has gotten lost in the shuffle. As a small business owner and supporter, customer:client service is of utmost importance.
