So far there has been no pain relief. It’s been a month. I still can not touch the phone without pain.No sleep. I will try for on more month.

As I bought several pendants, gold and steel, and one of the steel pendants’ ring detached from the pendant, hence making it not possible to put the chain through, I would have hoped to receive some sort of compensation for the trouble of having to go to a jeweler to get the ring soldered onto the pendant.

THE PENDANTS ARRIVED IN GOOD TIMING. WHEN I DID THE 'INTRO' TO MY SYSTEM. THERE WERE A FEW bumps with excessive itching. Lasting only a couple days ;) ie. yet another expected surprise. I have a strong sensitivity to energy and it's valid for me. I am sure of EMF toxicity.

I wasn't happy that I couldn't call someone. It also took quite a few days before I was responded to. In fact, I was about to just return my order because I was feeling like I wasn't going to get a response. But once someone responded to me, they did take care of my issue. I will see if my exchange happens in a reasonable time frame.

So far service has been very good! I had ordered a small pendant for my daughter and a large one for myself last month. When they arrived last week I opened one and put it on. It was lovely with a perfectly sized chain so I activated it and wore it for a while. Then I decided I should check out the other one before I mailed it to my daughter and discovered it was the large one for me. Oops! I put her small one back in the box and tried mine on. The chain was much beefier and longer and hung down too low on my chest. I contacted Harmoni to ask for an exchange since the small one had been the perfect size on me. The process was a breeze! I mailed my daughter's pendant to her and the large one back to Harmoni on Friday. Now I wait for my small one to arrive and hers to reach her so hopefully we can both quickly reap the benefits of them! ~ Joyce

I better not, it took 1/4 of a year to get here, and their is no proof to me that it works, I just didn’t want to take the gamble.

Very happy with my choice of rose gold pendant. Very comfortable to wear all day and night! I too noticed a difference when I took it off the first night. My heart was pounding (mywifi on that level) so I put in back on and could feel the calming in my chest right away. Definitely sleeping with it now.

I am enjoying my Harmoni pendant and looking forward to purchasing another!

I love them! Would give them a 5 star review but the rings that attach to the pendants break easily. Mine all broke and they replaced them, but they have all broken again. Since my warranty is up they suggest I go get them soldered, which I will do! They do work very well, I no longer have heat in my hand and throat when using a device (which was an off occurrence) but it's gone when I wear them.

I am trying to return the item no one will respond - so my review is not favorable - I have one already I do not need two!

My computer made me think I had not completed my order, and I accidentally ordered 2 pendants. I've been working with customer service to correct that. They were very efficient emailing me back, they corrected the order, and were able to get my refund to me quickly. I love my pendant. It is good looking and I know it is protecting me!

I'm still waiting on an email confirmation of my order and the shipping status. It has been a week and there is a delay in shipping due to the hurricane.

I already have a pendant necklace that I wear everyday. Will the pendant work if I attach it to my phone on the phone case? Please advise
