I have been using the Daily Essential Nutrients since 2012 and it has made a huge difference in my depression (self diagnosed, never medicated) and my ability to handle the daily stresses that come with life. I am writing about a great product and staff that care and they know who they are. I suffered from Depression for over 20 years and impulse control issues amongst many. The staff of ladies and gents are great. Hardy's are great and my PTSD is better than before. I am now stable for over 2 years. I tried lots of meds and 2 have worked besides Hardy's. My son has started talking the tablets.. he can see a great improvement in his focus, sleep and general feeling. It’s important to take it gradually, otherwise you can have a bit of headache.

Best probiotic to build and maintain good gut health and healthy immunity.

I added olive leaf extract to my daily supplements to support my gut health. After reading other reviews, I also started with one capsule per day first week. Then added another each consecutive week. I’m now in my third week, taking 3 every morning along with 4 greens and probiotics. I’ve read when your gut is healthy, your body absorbs vitamins & minerals more efficiently. I’ve noticed I do feel much better and less sluggish or tired. My digestive system has also improved. I will continue to take olive leaf as part of my daily supplements.
