I used to buy the gelo packs at Wegmans. Since they no longer seem to carry them, I’m happy to buy them directly from you. I love the scent.

Your company was so responsive when I told you I was sent the wrong scent. I bought these for my kids for Christmas and they are happy to start using them and saving all that plastic waste.

All I can say, is I’m happy I decided to try Gelo out. Ordering and receiving my orders have been perfect. I totally recommend Gelo.

Love the soap

Very good product. I have made several repeat purchases.

I’ll start by saying this soap smells AMAZING. I got the blue ones…. can’t remember the name. The little gel packs dissolve fast and completely. The lather is rich and feels like it’s cleaning well. I do wish they would sell larger packs of the little pods, for the sake of decreased packaging. The shipping took three weeks, so I’ll be sure to order plenty ahead of time on my next order. Great soap and I can def recommend!!!

I had great customer service experience. I’ve had several orders previously without issue. Recently, I had two pods explode in one of my packages, and I reached out to customer service. Within 24 hours they sent me a complimentary replacement. Thanks Gelo!!!

I love your products!

The order came just fine. I got everything I need and the packaging was efficient. Only, previously I've received my order in a high-quality box that's good enough to reuse in international shipping, and I missed that. Maybe it's because I game a USPS PO Box. I'll give a street address next time in hopes that that box comes with UPS shipping. (I was pleased that your company knows to use USPS with a PO box. We don't have house mailboxes where I live. )
