I used to buy the gelo packs at Wegmans. Since they no longer seem to carry them, I’m happy to buy them directly from you. I love the scent.

Your company was so responsive when I told you I was sent the wrong scent. I bought these for my kids for Christmas and they are happy to start using them and saving all that plastic waste.

I had great customer service experience. I’ve had several orders previously without issue. Recently, I had two pods explode in one of my packages, and I reached out to customer service. Within 24 hours they sent me a complimentary replacement. Thanks Gelo!!!

I love your products!

The order came just fine. I got everything I need and the packaging was efficient. Only, previously I've received my order in a high-quality box that's good enough to reuse in international shipping, and I missed that. Maybe it's because I game a USPS PO Box. I'll give a street address next time in hopes that that box comes with UPS shipping. (I was pleased that your company knows to use USPS with a PO box. We don't have house mailboxes where I live. )

My first shipment was lost and you sent another shipment ASAP. I was a little disappointed, as I had paid for 2-day delivery, but thankful that you sent more.
