This piece has done well since purchase but sadly many others have broken at the clasp. You all do great at repairing the pieces, which I do appreciate. However, getting to the shop is often an inconvenience and temporarily prevents myself and my family from enjoying their jewelry until repair.

Today I visited the Happy Jewelers store. We’re on a two-week road trip through the Western U. S. , and spending three days in L. A. As a passionate watch enthusiast and a big fan of Danny and Gabe’s video content, visiting their store was a must. The moment I walked in, both of them – along with their amazing team – gave me the warmest welcome. The name ‘Happy Jewelers’ truly fits: the vibe is genuinely happy. I felt instantly at home. They took their time, were up for a good chat, and nothing felt rushed or sales-driven. Their passion for watches and their guests clearly comes first. While chatting with Danny, the conversation suddenly turned to Producer Michael – my absolute YouTube legend. He’s always good for a laugh. Without missing a beat, Danny FaceTimed him right there in the store. Totally surreal – I even got to say hi. I’d love to be a customer here someday. Amazing place, top-notch experience.

My experience with their platform has been incredible so far. I recently made a purchase through their Instagram page, and I must say, the convenience is a huge plus. Every time I order, I receive my pieces securely and beautifully packaged. Just recently, I received my order via airship, which was an exciting experience.

I don’t own a ton of jewelry but the pieces I do are all HAPPY! In 2020 I had my wedding ring re-set into a custom design that came out better than I could have imagined! I had a second piece custom made from two rings I inherited from both my grandmothers. I wear this custom band with my wedding ring. My sister, daughter and I all have the simple small heart diamond necklace and love that we all have this matching price. Just this February on our 27th wedding anniversary, my husband took me in and we walked out with the most beautiful nearly 10 carat brilliant cut eternity band. The customer service is second to none at Happy! My sisters, my son and his wife, my daughter…we are all Happy Jewelers regulars and have always had GREAT experiences and never hesitate to tell everyone about Happy Jewelers! You guys were absolutely unbelievable!! The wrong clasp was put on my order and we were leaving out of the country for my girlfriend's birthday.
