I bought in store & lady was very nice, but I am not impressed with the inserts. The instep doesn’t seem to hit at just the right spot. I’ve bought the whole shoe with inserts from other brands for much less & like just as well or better

I keep trying to buy from yo, but you just can't seem to make it happen. This is the second time I ordered and you took the order then did not deliver the product. You did refund my money but I had to buy the shoe somewhere else.
