So so happy with happy box. It was absolutely perfect for what I needed. Perfect solution to sending something personal and thoughtful, as you can choose exactly what to include, without having to assemble, package and send yourself (which takes a while and a lot of work). Super reasonable price for everything and the fact that they hand write the card is seriously a game changer. Obsessed and telling everyone I know about this awesome company.

My bestie had just gone through some really bad times with the loss of her sister and some other hardships. I had just moved out of state and couldn't be with her so i sent a happy box to her. I really had no idea what the total cost of process would be until I got to the checkout. Shipping is expensive, but I still continued. However, I wasn't too pleased with a 5-7 day shipping window at that cost. Also, I obviously missed a window or something in the process because I meant to ship this to a friend as a get well gift it came to my house instead a week later. So I spent the same amount of money at the post office to ship it again, and she got it in 2 days! Hmmmmm. Like the idea and the options, but transparency of all costs and shipping expectations was not very good.

I sent Galentine’s Day boxes to my friends and they loved it! The packaging was cute and the products were quality. They also arrived right on time even with pre-ordering a month in advance!

I have received two of these boxes and they really do make your week! I just sent one out and the sentiment was returned that they bring a smile to anyone's day. My only complaint is the website interface: it wouldn't let me edit my custom box one piece at a time at the end review so I had to start over to keep it under budget. I then just went with a pre-made box for ease. Still great products!! Just not quite as customized as I was looking to get and I wasn't trying to spend 20 minutes making one. Overall though--will likely come back to purchase again since they do have good products that make people happy!

I ordered my first Happy Box for my Mom's Birthday, and she LOVED it! I filled it with things I know she loves, and she was so surprised! The handwritten card made it absolutely perfect! This is such a great gift idea for anyone! The box is adorable, you can pick from a ton of different things to fill it with, and the shipping time is super quick! I look forward to ordering more boxes for friends and family!

I love the idea of creating your own box. The items were great quality and the recipient really loved everything in the box. The shipping was slightly slower than I thought and I didn't get a dispatch notification so I had no way of knowing where it was, but other than that everything went smoothly. I would certainly order from them again!
