All was good with my delivery and I like free returns if necessary. Not like other shoe companies that charge a return fee. I’ll always shop at happy feet.

Customer service let me down refusing to replace too large size with a smaller size. Inserts were listed as size 7. 5 which I needed but they arrived EUR size which is too big. Customer service refused to help. I am very disappointed.

Shipping was fast and the package was delivered in great condition. I loved being able to use reward points for a discount too!

Good sandals

Went to store to try these on. It was recommended to go up half a size. Wore them a few times and found they don't stay on feet. Disappointed by the shoe experience and cost for an unwearable shoe.
