These magnetic stirrers are great! I’ve had mine for several years and one morning it stopped working so I ordered a new one, foolishly. Turns out I just needed a new fuse. My original still works great, but I will keep my new one just in case or maybe I’ll make a gift of it!

Hanna should be more transparent on the acceptable range of error of their instruments. It is what it is. Not perfect.

Good customer service. Product is good, as a hobbiest, it should take over an hour to test every parameter. Not the products fault entirely. I would like more clarity from the company when advertising. Its great but requires a significant time investment for results.

The website can be a bit confusing when ordering reagents, especially when trying to ensure compatibility with your specific tester model. A clearer layout or guided selection process would make it much easier to find the correct items.
