I never received this product and have no conformation of one being sent. Very poor customer service

I am a farmer and use organic methods for my plants and animals. I have noticed the pest hate the smell of eucalyptus. Daily, I use this body butter to keep me moisturized and fend off the pests. It works! And it smells and feels amazing.

The product I received today does not even be a full jar of product. This is the third body cream I’ve received however, this is the worst of the three that I received. this is what I found when I opened up the container.

I love the scents in the mini set and that I can take these to the gym and the plane.

Never received the order and CS hasn’t been able to tell me where it was the delivered
