This is the best dry shampoo ever!! You don’t need much and your hair looks fresh, even with my very dark brown hair it doesn’t leave white residue. The reason I dropped a star is because of the bottle applicator. It works very well when it works, but the two bottles I had stopped working after a month or two. The first time I reach out to customer service and they were totally amazing. They simply sent me a second bottle no charge. Thank you Hair Story ❤️. The second bottle failed also, so I transferred the product into a loose powder container that I already had and now I apply it with a face brush. Also, I’m not sure yet how long exactly a bottle can last but It lasts a very very long time!!! I bought the first one in April 2024 and received the second one in November 2024 and had still 1/2 of the bottle left of the first. And my kid started using it too from time to time.

Company are fine, posted quickly. However found the product very underwhelming, especially considering the price.

I do like the hair story products I bought (new wash, hair balm and powder), but the powder bottle stopped working very early on. I thought the whole point of these products was that although they are expensive, they will last a long time, I know have an almost full bottle of dry shampoo that's unusable. Not good for the environment or my bank balance.

It was fine but not worth the price. I finished the package after about 2 months. I had no complaints about it, it just wasn’t nearly good enough to justify the insane price. If it was a reasonable price, I’d probably buy another package. Meh.

I am never using anything else again! X

I love the new wash. My hair is healthier than ever and I appreciate the fact that I no longer need a separate product for detanglement. The shipping charges though…. too much $$ for a small Vial of color boost as well as the overly large, unnecessary packaging.

Hairstory has given me the best hair I’ve ever had! I made the switch recently and my hair was instantly happy. Look, I balked at the price a bit at first, too, girl, but I PROMISE it’s worth it. I only wash 1-2x per week, but I promise it also lasts longer than you think. And it’s giving me the BEST hair. My waves—more defined. My scalp—happy and no longer irritated. My routine—faster and less work. Hairstory cleanser sets me up for success. Then some Primer and Undressed, air dry, and my hair looks like “what women spend hours and lots of money to achieve” according to my BFF. This is the ish and I won’t shut up about it.
