Spray makes my hair look lovely but my scalp gets incredibly itchy and serious burns after using. Shampoo is nice but found that I can’t use it regularly as my hair gets greasy quickly. Great customer service who refunded me due to the allergic reaction. Shame as my hair looked so good!

I enjoy using new wash ,I love the smell of it. It gives my hair a nice shine. I don’t particularly like the packaging. It can be a bit slippy when you use it in the shower.

please dont send out big lumps of plastic (the free 'brush'; please produce fragrance free / sensitive scalp versions

Great service and excellent product

Shipping service was terrible as the courier left it at my front door which is directly on the street. I work from home and was home all day but they didn’t even ring the bell. It was stolen by the time I got the “delivered message” I informed Hairstory by email and they denied accountability as “it was a warehouse problem”

I really wanted to love your products. Sadly they just don’t work for me. The New Wash I thought was good, then I had my hair washed with regular shampoo and conditioner at the hairdressers, and my hair came back to life. I’ve got two pouches of the stuff just collecting dust. I’m really sad about it because I wanted to believe in your products and spent more money than I usually do on hair stuff, and it was just a msssive let down.
