I don’t like you automated order system- it’s very difficult to cancel or change dates

Easy and fast.

I love this product. The smell, the technique, the approach to haircare. I like how my hair looks and feels afterward - more volume and definition. It can air dry and hold waves from any heatless curling method. One caveat though. . . it doesn't remove hair product very well. Dry shampoo and hair texturizing powder don't fully wash out of my hair, which isn't the worst thing, it helps my hair have more hold and character, but eventually I will need a clean slate. I've found, sadly, despite stylists claims that I will need to wash my hair less, New Wash hasn't lived up to this claim. Maybe my scalp is less irritated, but I still need to wash my hair every two days. After about a week, New Wash is no longer enough and I need to use a regular shampoo and conditioner to remove buildup. I know there are many other complimentary Hairstory products that would probably help these issues, or maybe even washing twice. . . however New Wash was already a stretch for me financially and I can't justify having to use double the amount or buy a pre-wash product just to avoid shampoo. So, heartbreakingly, once I am done my first container of New Wash, I will have to seek out a dupe or go back to washing my hair like I used to.

Shipping was great. Product not so for me. I really wanted to like it.

Product works ok. Price is too high.

Was looking forward to this brand but unfortunately not for my hair type. . maybe if they had anything not so rich and oily.

Shipping is fast customer service is great I just feel like the product isn’t for me sadly.

I like using new wash deep. It takes a bit of getting used to as it requires more massaging and rinsing than regular shampoo, but the result are worth it. I find my hair feels healthier and less greasy. Sadly, however, I am Canadian and with Trump's constant threat of tariffs and also the threats he is making Canadian sovereignty, I will not be buying new wash again as I am planning to buy Canadian products instead.

Maybe the water in my area us too hard or too soft but I could not rinse this product out- even a small amount. It left my hair limp, sttingy and greasy. I have pretty thick curly/wavy hair that can get dry and frizzy so I am looking for good hydration but this did not work for me. I also found the fragrance too strong.

Great product! I didn’t even know I had wavy hair before. I thought I was doomed to flat hair and no volume… this product has been a game changer. I embrace my natural waves and got lots more volume then any other shampoo I’ve ever tried. Would recommend! The only downside is the price. I find it overprice and there no equivalent on the market yet. Still worth it for me.
