Love the hair!! I bought Indian curly. Follow the instructions provided and you will love it too!

The hair is beautiful and thick but I feel like it does Mat easily and I’ve only had it installed for 2 days. I was hoping for the price i will be able to use this hair for a while but the matting on the first install is making me skeptical.

Great experience, no shipping delays experienced. Didn’t have to contact them for any reason. I did see them on instagram and sent a dm to ask a question regarding shipping but never got a response. I decided to go ahead and purchase anyway, and on looking around on the website, my question got answered in the faq section. It would be nice to have even an automated message on insta directing would-be clients to the website rather than silence since dms may be overwhelming for the business.

Great hair and the upgraded package is top tier. I received my hair fast and I received a discount by tracking my points. This is my 5th purchase and I love it as always. I love the point system. Sign up if you haven’t already.

I have purchased from this company before without any issues. However, this time the hair shed excessively. Perhaps I received a bad batch.

The hair presentation , the packaging and customer service all top tier. The only negative feedback I have is that this was my first time purchasing the raw Indian curly bundles. Unlike the body wave which I’ve purchased previously, they’re not gym friendly. Lots of tangling and shedding when I combed through the hair after my workout.

Shipping was a little slow but it came just in time for my trip

I buy 4 packs 3 black & 1 of 613 and it’s very thin on the bottom& thick on the top I have not wear it & was looking to return the hair but look like no return I lost the money but also the hair cause I can’t wear them like that.

If I could give zero stars I would. Terrible customer service , hair was not shipped on time at all. Did not receive notification of delay of shipment till I reached out asking for an update. I was informed it was a “inventory issue” which really means they didn’t purchase the hair till they had enough people submitting payment for the hair. When I requested for my money back I was given the option to ship the hair back and once they receive it they would process my refund or they could intercept it at ups and once honey receive it back they will process my refund. Why would I trust a company who doesn’t give notice to their consumers about the delay in shipment to process my funds correctly? Will not be repurchasing and will be reporting this interaction as well.

I LOVE love this curly hair. It bounces back like it’s new every time I wet it and spray it down. Minimum shedding, beautiful curls. Highly recommend this hair.
