Took awhile to be shipped out but GREAT fast customer service

The hair quality is great per usual. The net the hair is attached to is so hard that it looks really awkward on and sticks out. I haven’t been able to wear it because it looks so odd and for the price I’d like for it to be easier to wear.

Reached out to the company about not receiving my order and received no help. Had to file a dispute. Wouldn’t recommend ordering.

So happy to find bundles that match my dark hair color. I personally should have gottten 4 bundles for my sewin but 3 looks fantastic! Y’all should purchase this hair!!

Shipping was about 1 week.

My order I request 16in, I received a 10in. . the quality of the hair is not what I expected as it was matted and did not give the same effect that me and my stylist viewed on the page and instagram pic that showed the hair. . I was very disappointed and did not get my hair done due to the “All sales are final no where to return. . So I have 10in hair I can’t use, hundreds of dollars spent for nothing . . As a business owner , there should be some kind of return policy as error on the company part . I will never purchase here again… I wish the best

I will start with the good; the hair overall is soft and it doesn’t tangle once installed. However, receiving the product is a different story. It took nearly a month, which is much longer than the website indicates it will take for processing and delivery. The customer service reps told me that Hair would be shipping on a certain date and it didn’t ship on that date and it didn’t ship till about two weeks later. When I received the hair, it was damp and enclosed in plastic packaging. Since the hair has been in transit two or three days I was concerned about mold or mildew so I washed the hair just to be safe. When I went to get it installed, the bulk hair at the top of the bundle was severely tangled. ,Which caused me to lose a significant portion during the install. . I’m not sure if this is normal or they were just rushing to process the order to get it out because of the delays. However, once the hair was installed, I don’t have any complaints. .

Best hair. . repeat customer. . wish my packaging would always be the same. . I can’t always get three bundles at one time.

I LOVE love this curly hair. It bounces back like it’s new every time I wet it and spray it down. Minimum shedding, beautiful curls. Highly recommend this hair.

My stylist hates the fact that the lace doesn’t color well. I had it installed with the Raw Curly bundles. I’ve washed this closure and kept it conditioned and all. This closure gets very matted, tangles and no matter how conditioned it is, it won’t help it. I had it installed for my birthday. Shipping was fast.
