The bundles are beautiful! I ordered six bundles; a mixture of 28” curly and 30” wavy. Four bundles was plenty for the look I wanted to achieve and now I have two orders left for my next install. The Hair So Chic team made sure that I ultimately received my order after UPS lost my original package in transit and I’m grateful everything worked out in the end. The hair is beautiful and thick but I feel like it does Mat easily and I’ve only had it installed for 2 days. I was hoping for the price i will be able to use this hair for a while but the matting on the first install is making me skeptical.

Great experience, no shipping delays experienced. Didn’t have to contact them for any reason. I did see them on instagram and sent a dm to ask a question regarding shipping but never got a response. I decided to go ahead and purchase anyway, and on looking around on the website, my question got answered in the faq section. It would be nice to have even an automated message on insta directing would-be clients to the website rather than silence since dms may be overwhelming for the business.
