Hair as expected. . I was supposed to receive them a week ago and never got them. When I called about them they seemed very unapologetic and I had missed out on an expensive service when they were supposed to be here in time. My client was very unhappy.

The hair doesn't lighten very well. Also after a couple weeks of having the hair in, I find the hair doesn't hold a curl very well. But overall the hair is okay. I do like how thin the wefts are so they are very comfortable to wear ( I have the no sew beaded method )

Quality was extremely great, but the color was wrong. I got dark brown instead of black, as ordered.

Wow! I’ve been certified in extensions for years (but just got certified in hand tied wefts). This hair is 10/10. SO happy I found Hairlaya and decided to give it a shot. The course itself was easy to follow, and the hair is a must! I even put some in for myself! Thank you for the great quality and outstanding customer service!!

The Customer service has been extremely helpful. They have went above and beyond to help me with a few issues, including, making sure that I get the color I need just right. Love them!

I purchased one of the extension training programs on July 16th and a kit was sent out the following day. As per fedex, the package invoice was incorrect and therefore could not pass customs therefore it was sent back to the seller and received by them on the 19th of July. Since then, I have sent multiple emails with screenshots of fed ex info, contacted them via instagram, called their customer service and left messages, even tried to contact their online chat on their website with absolutely no response aside from one automated message. I am however still receiving their PR emails fairly regularly about purchasing more classes or tools from their online store. Really disappointing as I was looking forward to starting this training. Now I am going to have to go out and spend more more to buy the tools I never received as I’m sure I won’t get a response if I ask for a refund.
