It is an excellent product, and I love it. It is better than traditional hair fiber. This one really masks out any balbness patterns. people can't really make the difference. Now this are my critics. I think it is a bit too expensive, and I hope there is competition that can lower the prices. My experience using this product has been fantastic, except that it causes itchiness when it comes to clothes and sheets. I often have to replace my bedsheet with a new one so I can sleep. but overall... Great product. Thanks.

Absolute worst customer service because there is none. Paid for the product and it was never shipped . Numerous emails were sent on the support line. All calls and emails left unanswered. Now I'm out $75.00. Buyer beware / possible scam. Stick with Amazon.
