I placed 2 orders for 2 different color toppers for my sisters. The first one arrived and it was perfect. So I decided to order a second one for my other sister, but when it arrived the color was way lighter than the color shown on your site. I emailed you several times along with pictures, and nothing, last email I received said that you had sent me the right topper, and that it not what I was contesting, I was contesting the fact that the topper you sent me was way lighter that the picture shown. Will never order from you again, terrible customer service, not happy at all. Shame on you!!!

Not at all like the photos. Ive purchased the exact style in the past the quality has gone way down! The grown stands up like a rooster and can not be controlled I emailed to return and no one ever replied to my email. A terribke wig and terrible customer service.

I really don't know if this place exists. If they do they have no customer service. . , I have written email after email and it won't even acknowledge my existence. My package never arrived and I don't even think they know about it. There is no phone number on the website for customer service or anything. This business is crazy don't order from them

I received the extensions without any issues, but the color I ordered chestnut brown and it was way too light and red for my complexion. They looked nice, but the color was off.

Shipping was above the standard. Packaging was the finest fancy box ever, can definitely keep it for storage and return label was provided. Above and beyond on service 10/10 recommend

It is a face flopper and doesn’t look full on the sides like the image, but it is a great piece to wear under a hat so I’m keeping it.
