Fast delivery and good products

The lovely consultant Christine, was extremely helpful on the phone and the shipping was speedy as always. Although Australia Post dropped the ball yet again! by 'carding' my parcel for collection even though I was at home awaiting the delivery. Can we use another service? such as DHL who are amazing? Am sure many customers would agree.
