The product is so bitter that even with honey my wife and I can not drink it. It was a waste of Money unless if you give refunds

The shipping is great. I ordered 12 bottles and they accidentally just sent me 10. I contacted them and two more bottles were shipped out that day. that is what I call trust and service.
