product stopped working within a year and contacted Giraffe / h2o for a repair and they have done nothing except mess me around. Contacted the company they allegedly arranged an onsite repair with and they have nothing from Giraffe

Very happy would buy again from the company. Bought a robotic pool cleaner, Rob and Steve very helpful. Shipped and delivered as promised. Only negative, I did ask a follow up question regarding filters and no one has got back to me.
