Very simple ordering process and good customer service when I called to check on my order. Flooring is heavy and can lead to corners disintegrating a little if moved too often, so planning placement in advance is advisable. Flooring thus far has been robust and comfortable underfoot.

Service from Sprung was spot on. Ordered one day, despatched the next, delivery arranged and completed as I’d requested. Generally quality of the flooring is also excellent, however a lot of the tiles dimensions varied from 1m. Some were 1000mm, a few were 1100mm, couple less than 1000mm. Something for Sprung to follow up on. To be fair I persisted with fitting and they look good, but it was a little frustrating. That said, I’d definitely recommend and would definitely use again 👍

The team were great at helping with advice so that I got the right product. The delivery was seamless and dates well communicated. The tiles are perfect. Super strong and a great feel to the surface. I’m in the process of upgrading my home gym and will be adding more of these. No need to shop around. Highly recommended.
