My order wasn’t correct I’ve tried to reach out multiple times and never got a response about fixing my order I use pop sticks regularly in my profession and it is really an inconvenience.

I ordered a box of 300 of the craft colored hot coffee cups. There was one sleeve that must have missed some glue as about half that sleeve leaked. Otherwise these are a great size (12oz) and super nice for grab and go or casual company on our coffee bar!

The address is wrong and I have been trying for a week to talk with a "human", every time I call I get the "machine" to correct it. FedEx has it out for delivery day after day at the wrong address. I tried contacting them and they said that only Comfy can initiate a change of address for delivery. James through email said he forwarded it to the appropriate department but have only heard loud crickets. I gave him 5 stars just for that. Yes we are annoyed but one day it will be delivered I'm sure. I've already paid for it right 👍.
